I have got no idea why he would do that... He did it because Gladbach is going to pay him much more than Banik and in addition Bundesliga has higher quality than the Czech league.

I read a quote from him last month saying he really didn't want to play in the Bundesliga again. He must have changed his mind. I hope he does well at Gladbach.

I think so, too. Because the result of Leverkusen-Ostrava (5:0) was really brutal. The score did not reflect the play. Banik played well up until the last 15 minutes when they broke down.

I read a quote from him last month saying he really didn't want to play in the Bundesliga again. He must have changed his mind. I hope he does well at Gladbach. I think this team isn't a good choice for a player of the national team of the Czech Republic because it isn't a very good team.

yeah I red it on the Czech internet, he is going to Gladbach, better for him he's a good player with good qualities and he will improve himself more in germany!
